It’s always been important for me to be a part of the community and to give back through my business. Part of this takes place through participation in silent auctions for schools, civic groups, ministries, etc. The Amend family found me through a silent auction that was put on through Faithbridge Church in Spring, Texas as a fundraiser for missions in Guatemala.
Mom came in for the pre-session consultation with this little guy. As soon as I met this little guy I couldn’t wait to photograph the family together. These two little cuties did such a great job throughout the whole session and they really enjoyed the red balloons and bubbles that were part of the session. How cute are those little cheeks?
My beautiful goddaughter! She’s a spunky little one and so much fun to photograph! And her parents aren’t half bad either 😉
We spent the afternoon in The Heights area of Houston and caught some great moments of Shelby with mom and dad. I love that smile!
Clients always ask about what to wear to their photo session. And I always say to coordinate the outfits, not match them. They worked hard to put together outfits that coordinate, not match. So take note on how to coordinate outfits!
I love working with repeat clients!! From their engagement session to their wedding to their baby’s newborn session and now baby’s 8 month session! It’s such an honor to be a part of my client’s lives as their family grows. This little lady is adorable especially with her pretty flower.
My best friend wasn’t given a choice as to whether or not her newborn baby would be photographed or not. It just wasn’t an option. Especially if I’m staying with them a few days after their baby girl was born. We got her to sleep and then proceeded to have a portrait session while she dozed. My favorite shot has to be the one where she suddenly smiled. What a moment!!
