Little Rayos is such a big boy! We captured of a few shots of this little guy (along with his canine sister Sophie) right around his one year birthday. He’s standing, he’s clapping, he’s crawling, and yes, even reading. He’s quite talented at his age! 😉

What a FUN couple!!!
Jessica and Kyle’s much anticipated wedding day played out without a hitch (as far as I can tell) because everything was so well planned out. And with the strong help and support from their families it proved to be a very fun and very emotional day. I think I may have shed a few tears during the father/daughter dance, too.
I’ve enjoyed my time working with Jessica and Kyle (their engagement session: http://karellephotographyblog.com/2009/12/houston-wedding-photographer-engagement-session-jessica-kyle.html) and definitely enjoyed the wedding day. Much thought went into adding special touches to the day including bringing in some Bolivian influence from Jessica’s side of the family and then ending the night with a bike ride exit. So cute and creative!

Dessert lovers unite!
Because of their engagement session I discovered that Gloria and Mike have the same passion for desserts as I do. And we’re not just talking about enjoying dessert after dinner every once in a while. We go out to eat just to have a specific dessert at a specific place. Yeah, we’re crazy like that and I’m so glad to have found people that understand me in this way 🙂
